Salary: Estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per annum Job Position:This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive. You will work closely with our leadership team to expand our network within the CXO/Founder community and drive growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a targeted business development strategy to expand our client base.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Lead the acquisition of new clients through pitches, negotiations, onboarding, and relationship management.
- Talent Solutions: Provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies and solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.
- Industry Networking & Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends and hiring practices through networking with senior stakeholders.
- A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a related field.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a customer-centric approach.
