Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staff augmentation, new client hunting, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role plays a critical part in driving our sales strategy, expanding our client base, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Hunting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive hunting strategies to expand our client base.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the management team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals tailored to clients' specific needs and objectives.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market conditions to identify potential clients and assess competition.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales, specifically in staff augmentation or recruitment consulting.
- A proven track record of successfully hunting new clients and managing client relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location (Bangalore).
