About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Executive to lead our staff augmentation sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize results.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, specifically in staff augmentation or recruitment consulting.
  • A proven track record of successfully hunting new clients and managing client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: Competitive salary ($120,000 - $150,000 per annum), benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
