Staff Augmentation Director

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our staff augmentation division in Bangalore. This role requires a sales-oriented profile with a strong focus on business development and P&L management.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in staff augmentation, staffing services, or recruitment in a business development or sales capacity. They should possess excellent sales acumen, P&L management experience, and delivery oversight capabilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving end-to-end sales for staff augmentation services, including identifying opportunities, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients within the staffing, recruitment, and consultancy sectors.
- Achieving business growth through new client acquisition, expanding relationships with key stakeholders.
