Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and drive business growth through strategic initiatives, sales optimization, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design, implement, and measure sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and analyze sales performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
  • Work with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth, new product development, and innovative solutions to streamline current processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in business planning, strategic projects, or other related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering results.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRMs, and other sales automation tools.
