Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive digital growth and performance across multiple brands.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing roles where they owned or influenced results across SEO, paid, content, and conversion rate optimization.

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to boost website traffic, search engine rankings, and online engagement
  • Prioritize speed-to-experimentation and velocity-to-impact through agile workflows and data-driven decision making
  • Build and refine systems that generate and convert demand across digital channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute high-priority projects across brands
  • Identify emerging tools, trends, and strategies that give us a competitive edge in the market
  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows to accelerate content, testing, and insights, while continuously improving agent performance through prompt engineering and iteration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth initiatives across websites, SEO, local listings, content, remarketing, and conversion optimization
  • Prioritize speed-to-experimentation and velocity-to-impact
  • Build and refine systems that generate and convert demand across digital channels
  • Design and execute agentic workflows that free up time for higher-value strategic and creative work
  • Work with agencies and partners, holding them accountable to real business outcomes
  • Surface insights through reporting, and translate data into smart, actionable recommendations
