A forward-thinking organization is seeking an accomplished Growth Marketer to spearhead the launch and scaling of SaaS products in the fintech sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in building demand without relying on heavy paid advertising or search engine optimization (SEO).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Go-to-Market Strategy Development: Design and execute go-to-market strategies for launching new fintech SaaS products in the US market, shaping positioning and messaging to resonate with early adopters, founders, and finance leaders.
  • Community-Led Distribution: Drive traction through Reddit, Twitter, Discord groups, startup forums, affiliate networks, and fintech communities, launching engagement campaigns in micro-communities such as IndieHackers, HackerNews, fintech subreddits, AngelList forums, and SaaS/affiliate networks.
  • Partnership Development & Amplification: Build distribution partnerships with accelerators, fintech incubators, affiliate marketers, and B2B SaaS tool ecosystems, identifying and leveraging co-marketing opportunities with complementary startups and service providers.
  • Growth Experimentation: Design and run tactical growth experiments – landing page funnels, waitlist gamification, incentive programs – rapidly testing acquisition channels and doubling down on those that prove cost-efficient, tracking and optimizing conversion across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
  • Analytics & Metrics Ownership: Own growth KPIs: sign-ups, activation rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), referral efficiency, and retention, presenting insights and adapting tactics quickly based on data.
