Urban Growth Strategist

The Urban Growth Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving economic expansion and community development within our organization.

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals to drive patient engagement for financial support and medical services through our platform.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring target achievement, field effectiveness, and professional development.
  • Create new opportunities for financial support and medical services by identifying patient needs and introducing innovative financing solutions at partner hospitals.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling hospitals and patients to access instant financial assistance and affordable payment options.
  • Establish revenue goals and manage both the financial support and medical services pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide continuous market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to help refine our financial solutions.
  • Ensure smooth operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered lenders.
  • Take full ownership of the city-level P&L, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
  • Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Prior experience in financial support, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement.
