We seek a Strategic Growth Professional with 1–3 years of experience, driving strategic growth initiatives and supporting leadership across sales, business development, and product growth. This role suits someone who builds scalable strategies, thrives in dynamic environments, and seamlessly switches between high-level thinking and hands-on execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and go-to-market plays through Business Development.
  • Designing, refining, and tracking Sales Strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • BUILDING trust with clients through proactive communication and long-term growth.
  • Partnering with Product teams to identify growth levers and market opportunities.
  • Conducting deep market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling to support decision-making at the founder's level.
  • Project management: ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives with multiple teams.

  • Strategic, analytical, and data-driven approach.
  • Effectively articulate ideas, strategies, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • MBA in marketing or sales.
