The Business Development role is responsible for driving rapid user acquisition, engagement, activation, and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize user experience and drive business objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to launch new features or products that support growth.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop plans to address them, ensuring fast closures.
- Gain solid knowledge of market trends, regulations, and competition to make informed business decisions.
- Responsible for the success and achievement of numbers (P&L, customers on-boarded, activated) for the assigned category.
- Build strong relationships with Banks, PA/PGs, TSPs from NBBL for B2B product.
- Develop and maintain customer-centricity principles within the organization and with clients.
- Prepare dashboards and trackers to share with management on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure successful rollout.
- Strong understanding of payments and digital technologies.
- Experience in building and running payments products/platforms is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office - Excel, PPT, Doc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to achieve consensus and drive business objectives.
- Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement.
