This role presents an exciting opportunity for sales professionals to drive growth, interact with clients, understand their needs, provide solutions, and facilitate the design journey. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in achieving this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

1. The successful candidate will be designated as a Senior Sales Executive, responsible for guiding prospective homeowners through the design process, showcasing Truww's expertise, and building strong relationships.

2. Facilitate meetings between clients and designers at our Experience Centre, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

3. Share in-depth knowledge of Truww's products and services, highlighting their value proposition and unique selling points.

4. Conduct consultative outbound calls and follow-up conversations with potential clients on a daily basis, fostering engagement and driving conversion.

5. Represent Truww with confidence, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of offerings and their benefits.

Growth and Performance Metrics:

1. Proactively pursue leads, ensure maximum conversion from sales to design stage, and drive business growth.

2. Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering results and closing deals.

Requirements:

1. Passion for problem-solving and a proven track record in sales, preferably in the home interiors industry.

2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

3. Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, with a history of meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales.

Work Arrangements:

1. Tuesday to Sunday, with Monday off.

2. Working hours: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm.

Location:

Hosa Road, Whitefield, Indiranagar.

The estimated salary for this role, based on national averages and industry standards, is around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on performance and qualifications.
