
South India Business Development Director

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our business development and operations in South India. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing the financial performance of the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective business development strategies
- Manage and grow key regional client relationships and industry associations
- Negotiate and close enterprise contracts in the southern markets
- Ensure client satisfaction and act as escalation point for all South Division accounts
- Oversee workforce supply chain: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws)
- Ensure workforce deployment as per SLAs for factories, warehouses, and corporates across the region
- Drive process excellence with strong MIS, reporting, and governance
- Build, lead, and mentor regional managers, business development executives, and operations teams across the South
- Set performance targets and drive a high-performance culture
- Ensure adherence to all statutory laws and government regulations in manpower supply
- Build practices that ensure worker retention, satisfaction, and ethical deployment
- Stay ahead of competitor strategies and manpower market trends in the South
- Represent the company in regional industry bodies, skill development forums, and government programs
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with 12-20 years of experience in manpower supply, staffing, or HR outsourcing
- Strong network in South India corporate and industrial hubs
- Proven experience in scaling business, handling P&L, and managing large client portfolios
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
