As a strategic leader in our organization, you will oversee the implementation of human resources policies and best practices for the South India region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the corporate Talent Management team to identify L&D requirements for the South India region.

  • Manage talent acquisition efforts for the South region, partnering with stakeholders to find top talent and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Develop data-driven analytics and dashboards to inform decision-making.
