Regional Sales Strategist
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Strategist to lead sales efforts in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, forecasting and monitoring sales performance, and expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growth and increase sales efficiency.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
- Identify new market opportunities and ensure business development in assigned territory by establishing strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to support regional campaigns and promotions that drive sales and revenue growth.
- Manage and coach sales executives to achieve individual and team targets, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Ensure effective coordination with distributors and channel partners to maximize sales coverage and minimize competition.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs and strengthen relationships with key clients.
- Oversee competitor analysis to adapt and position offerings effectively in the market.
- Strong knowledge of B2B/B2C sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities, with experience working with data and metrics to inform business decisions.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / MBA in Marketing
