We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our regional category efforts, ensuring seamless execution and strategic growth.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will lead the acquisition and partnership efforts across the region, fostering strong relationships with partner schools, driving timely collections, and monitoring key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard new school partnerships, aligning with our mission and goals.
- Act as the single point of contact for partner schools, building trust and understanding through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Support school growth through targeted initiatives, such as parent engagement programs, admission strategies, and regional brand-building efforts.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our objectives, ensuring smooth transition to the Key Account team.
- Drive results-driven collections, monitor key performance indicators, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.
Ideal Experience Profile:
- 8-10 years in new client acquisition, with 2-4 years in team leadership roles.
- Significant experience in pan-India Sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large-volume, high-quality sales engagement.
- Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Ability to travel across assigned regions.
