Job Overview

The Regional Business Lead will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, managing costs, and fostering a strong, client-centric culture across clinics and hospitals.

This includes owning the region's performance, ensuring financial targets are consistently met, and implementing data-driven strategies for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving revenue growth through new service lines, strategic partnerships, and community outreach.
  • Collaborating with marketing and clinical teams to strengthen client acquisition and retention.
  • Leading cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, front-desk, and support teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in leadership, operations, or general management, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or other service-led industries.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-site operations and delivering financial and operational results.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
