Job Description

As a Regional Brands Expansion Strategist, you will lead the development and execution of a tailored GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy for regional FMCG brands in India. Your focus will be on building scalable services that drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM plan to help regional FMCG brands scale across India.
  • Owning full P&L control for both the Regional Brands business and the GTM platform, including revenue, supply chain costs, contribution margins, and brand growth.
  • Design commercial models (e.g., subscriptions, performance-based pricing) and drive monetization.
  • Lead a multi-functional team across sales, marketing, operations, and category management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 15+ years of experience with proven P&L ownership in high-growth startups/business units/FMCG companies.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling internet/platform businesses.
  • Strong understanding of India's FMCG landscape, general trade, and regional brand dynamics.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with product, tech, and ops.
