Business Growth Executive

Purpose

Drive business expansion in specific industry sectors through strategic partnerships, customer relationships, and sales initiatives to achieve set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate sales strategies for assigned sectors, identifying potential clients, highlighting customer needs, and forecasting market trends.
  • Monitor weekly sales targets at the sector level, initiate corrective actions as required.
  • Earn revenue within budgeted limits at the sector level.
  • Identify business opportunities from multiple channels, develop pursuit plans, and negotiate terms with clients.
  • Negotiate product specifications, payment terms, and timelines with clients, obtaining approval from managers.
  • Maintain customer relationships to understand their needs and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Identify integrated solution opportunities and document customer specifications.
  • Liaise with operational teams to ensure order execution within predefined timelines.
  • Communicate changes in order specifications to relevant departments.
  • Collect payments from clients according to contractual agreements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to clients' sites.
  • Enhance response quality and minimize response time to customer queries.
  • Lead establishment of service centers or partner agencies for quick after-sales services.
  • Provide technical support to customers on after-sales issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints within predefined timelines.
