Senior Operations Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our coworking space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and executing strategic plans, managing client relationships, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Oversee the management of our coworking space, ensuring all facilities and services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  4. Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
  6. Manage budgets and financials to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, real estate, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and operations management, with a focus on customer relationship building and retention.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
