
Senior Sales Growth Driver

Our organization is seeking an experienced sales professional to spearhead our influencer network in delivering high-performing campaigns for clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading sales teams and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation programs to achieve expected results.
- Establish strong relationships with clients to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct meetings with prospective clients via online and offline modes.
- Pitch influencer marketing services to CXOs, Marketing directors, and other decision-makers.
- Generate leads using platforms such as Sales Navigator, outreach, cold calls, emails, and CRM.
- Develop strategic plans for time management to optimize the use of time and meet KPIs.
- Monitor data and prepare reports on qualified opportunities, existing campaigns, and pipeline management.
- Provide feedback to cross-functional teams on areas for improvement in business or operations.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and forecast revenue goals.
- Closed deals and negotiate contracts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Development, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business development/sales representative function with digital sales acumen
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving media landscape
