
Sales Growth Executive

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Grow Revenue Streams: Develop, optimize and lead sales operations to drive business expansion.
- Manage Operational Efficiency: Ensure top-tier sales performance, minimize costs and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Design Commercial Strategies: Implement plans to boost revenue and achieve business objectives.
- Build a High-Performing Team: Hire, mentor and guide employees to excel in their roles.
- Solve Operational Challenges: Collaborate with senior management to resolve administrative, operational and strategic issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role (preferably in a related industry).
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to negotiate, problem-solve and make quick decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
- A positive, proactive mindset with out-of-the-box thinking.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data, draw conclusions and adapt commercial strategies.
