We are seeking a highly motivated Renewal Sales Executive to drive business growth through effective subscription management and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Track subscription renewals and send timely reminders to customers
- Engage with customers through welcome calls, service/feedback calls, and renewal calls
- Help existing customers with upgrades and ensure they achieve their sales quota
- Maintain thorough records of all current and potential clients
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience as a Renewal Sales executive
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
