Hotel Revenue Manager Job Description

  • Lead multi-property revenue management strategies for growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor performance to design pricing strategies.
  • Drive channel optimization to achieve the optimal business mix.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for owners and leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies.
  • Support pre-opening hotels with positioning, pricing models, and launch strategies.
  • Develop scalable frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks for revenue and asset management.
  • Mentor property-level executives and strengthen internal capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
  • Proven track record of improving RGI, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats.
  • Deep knowledge of OTAs, distribution, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and property managers.
  • Comfortable working in both entrepreneurial white-label models and structured asset management environments.
