Unlock the growth of existing customer relationships as a Business Development Senior. Drive revenue expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals of ERP solutions and value-added services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing install base accounts and hands-on experience with leading ERP platforms. They will be responsible for achieving annual sales and install base growth targets while expanding account presence across geographies.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify and drive install base growth opportunities. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in diverse cultures and geographies, skilled in building long-term client relationships, and adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing install base-focused sales plans, maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline, and enhancing global presence through strategic partnerships.

Requirements include 8+ years of experience in similar roles, with a minimum of 5 years of direct ERP sales experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder engagement, executive-level presence, and the ability to adapt quickly to product updates and market insights.

  • Hands-on expertise with ERP platforms like IFS, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Sage, Infor, and Microsoft.
