We are seeking an experienced professional to support and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication services, and enterprise identity infrastructure. This role will be responsible for ensuring secure and seamless access to enterprise applications through centralized identity and access management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support enterprise SSO infrastructure, including integration with cloud applications.
  • Oversee authentication mechanisms to ensure secure and seamless access.
  • Maintain and optimize identity and access management systems, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and Federation Services.
  • Handle full account lifecycle management, in coordination with human resources and security systems.
  • Support group management processes, access role definitions, and distribution/security group governance.
  • Monitor authentication systems and ensure high availability, performance, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related incidents.
  • Implement and document policies for identity lifecycle, group management, and authentication standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience managing SSO solutions and identity platforms in an enterprise environment.
