We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to drive strategic initiatives for a leading financial institution.

This is a critical role that requires technical expertise, thought leadership, and strategic vision to shape enterprise security architecture.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute IAM strategy, architecture, and implementation across large-scale enterprise environments for critical financial services infrastructure.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide strategic guidance to identify security gaps, define innovative solutions, and recommend improvements across IAM, MFA, Zero Trust, and related security domains.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives, business leaders, and technical teams to align IAM solutions with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • End-to-End IAM Governance: Oversee comprehensive IAM lifecycle management including user provisioning, access governance, authentication frameworks, and privileged access management.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide technical teams to build world-class IAM practices across global delivery centers, fostering innovation and best practices.
  • Technology Innovation: Evaluate, integrate, and implement modern IAM tools, MFA solutions, and Zero Trust security frameworks to maintain cutting-edge security posture.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all IAM solutions meet stringent compliance standards, risk management protocols, and regulatory requirements specific to financial services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives, establish best practices, and lead continuous improvements within enterprise IAM programs.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will bring minimum 15+ years of total experience in Identity & Access Management, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Security Architecture, with the ability to lead transformational IAM programs.
