Identity Operations Engineer Role Overview

This is a long-term contract position with a global technology leader. As an Identity Operations Engineer, you will be working in a dynamic and progressive culture that values innovation and adaptability.

Key Qualifications:

  • Able to handle ambiguous or undefined problems
  • Comfortable performing requirements analysis and documenting solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint identity secure cloud, two-step verification, and associated applications
  • Understanding of the difference between authentication and authorization
  • Experience with role-based access control
  • Knowledge of database management and data structure concepts

Requirements:

  • Good experience with modern Identity and Access Management products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk
  • Good experience in building IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving 100+ applications of various integration types [Web Service, SCIM, Active Directory, JDBC, etc.]
  • Good experience in designing Role-Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, JML workflow
  • Experience in modern authentication methodologies like SAML-based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, etc.
  • Experience in contributing to SOC/Sox internal and external audits
  • Experience in working with Agile teams
