We seek an accomplished sales professional to spearhead our growth initiatives, driving revenue expansion through innovative strategies and exceptional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute comprehensive business development and sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Nurture and build enduring relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and learners, delivering value and exceeding expectations.
- Oversee daily operations and performance metrics, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement market expansion strategies, identifying new opportunities and partnerships to drive business growth.
- Align sales activities with overarching company objectives, promoting a cohesive and results-driven approach.
- At least 15 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 6 years in Education, EdTech, or Language Training.
- Strong expertise in Business Management, Strategic Planning, and Sales Leadership, with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with a focus on leadership and strategic planning.
