Centre Director

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to assume leadership of our centre in the realm of school outreach, business development, and team management.

• Establish strong communication channels between the centre and HO departments such as Sales and Marketing, Accounts and Finance, HR, Administration, and Academics.
• Support day-to-day operations at the centre, coordinating with HO and facilitating interactions with various departments and functions.
• Exercise control over the sales and marketing team at the centre, liaising with the Centre Business Head or Business Partner.
• Supervise centre sales team members, ensuring they meet their targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Promote business generation through School Outreach, BTL activities, strategic marketing planning, and seminars within the assigned territory.
• Regularly visit the centre to monitor progress, address concerns, and provide guidance.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by senior management to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
• Desirable background in education or a related field.
