
Franchise Acquisition Manager

Our organization is actively seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Franchise Acquisition Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our franchise network through strategic planning, market analysis, and effective relationship-building.
This critical position requires a proven track record in franchise acquisition, channel sales, or partner development, coupled with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. In addition, knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry is essential.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. Experience in the stock broking industry and familiarity with Indian regulations are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify high-potential business regions for franchise development and build relationships with competitor franchisees.
- Conduct lead generation campaigns and drive franchisee onboarding closures.
- Maintain franchise retention in line with organizational targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in franchise acquisition, channel sales, or partner development.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the stock broking industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and decision-making capabilities.
