Job Title: Franchise Development Manager

The role reports to the Business Director and is responsible for driving business expansion and franchise development of schools. The candidate requires exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, communicate & present effectively to potential business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential business partners for expansion of Pre-School.

• Conduct city profiling for opening up new Kidzee Pre-School locations.

• Implement and monitor lead generation initiatives through marketing activities.

• Present business opportunities to potential partners.

• Evaluate prospect profiles for suitability as a Business Partner.

• Design, implement and facilitate marketing strategies for acquiring new franchises.

• Drive revenue growth, profitability targets, product development and launching of products in the region.

• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the Business Partner and coordinate with them for smooth functioning of Franchise academic centers.

• Build brand awareness of the school in target markets and inspecting the centers.

• Ensure high-quality academic processes and delivery as per company standards.

• Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market trends.

• Correct tier issues and procedures-Completion/Lost enquiry/Market survey/Catchment analysis.

• Comply with all legal norms and procedures.

• Submit regular bi-weekly reports to track acquisitions.

• Prepare region-wise collection reports and performance of the center.

Qualification & Requisite:

• Post Graduate in Management (Operations / Sales) OR Graduate (BBA / BMS) with 5-7 years of experience in franchisee / Sales / Institutional Sales.

• Understanding of geographic regions and willingness to travel.
