We are seeking a skilled Acquisitions Professional to drive land and project acquisitions in key micro-markets such as Virar, Naigaon, and Goregaon. This role involves identifying new acquisition opportunities, onboarding and managing channel partners, and contributing to strategic business growth through local market intelligence and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new land and project acquisitions in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR)
  • Onboard and manage a robust network of channel partners and brokers
  • Contribute to strategic business growth through market analysis and relationship management

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 5–10 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, channel partner management, or land procurement
  • Strong network of channel partners and brokers in Virar, Naigaon, and Goregaon
