Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in hiring top technology and product talent.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, leveraging data-driven insights to execute strategic hiring plans and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
  • Leverage recruitment analytics and dashboards to track key hiring metrics and optimize hiring processes.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
  • Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) experience, ideally with corporate recruiting environment and full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive business results.
  • Expertise in recruitment dashboards and analytics, with ability to develop and manage complex reports.
