Senior HR Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.

Talent Acquisition Strategies
  • Design, plan, and execute comprehensive hiring plans across various channels and referral sources.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, screenings, and candidate shortlisting to ensure the best fit for our organization.
Employment Life Cycle Management
  • Review employment applications and background checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Update position tracking tools regularly to maintain seamless payroll processing.
  • Develop strategies for new recruitment channels as needed.
Employee Engagement and Development
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to implement training needs and development plans.
  • Ensure accurate attendance records for error-free payroll calculation and processing.
Performance Management
  • Conduct exit procedures, including exit documents and interviews.
  • Foster open communication through quarterly evaluations, goal-setting, and regular performance feedback.
Conflict Resolution and Employee Relations
  • Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Lead employee surveys to maximize participation and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, etc.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and policies.
  • Expertise in compensation best practices, including payroll, bonus systems, and allowances.

Competency Skills:

  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure.
  • High integrity and reliability.
  • Action orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively within deadlines.
