Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

About this role:

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts and drive strategic growth in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining internal and external talent pipelines, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing plans to identify top talent and drive hiring efficiency.
  • Recruitment Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process to enhance candidate experience and improve time-to-hire metrics.
  • Culture Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to design and execute initiatives that promote a strong, values-driven culture and high employee engagement.
  • Leadership Support: Provide advisory services to business leaders on HR-related matters, including talent development, performance management, and compliance.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems, goal-setting processes, and feedback mechanisms to drive individual and team performance.
  • Employee Development: Develop and execute learning and development programs to support the growth and career advancement of employees.
  • HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices in HR operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Foster open communication channels, handle employee grievances, and promote healthy workplace relationships.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a senior role.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
