Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Description:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in driving the growth of our Indian team by developing and executing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to join our global team and contribute to our ambitious growth plans in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and headhunters.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in MS Office and HR software.
