Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the full lifecycle of recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring processes.
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, focusing on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Manage recruitment budgets, ensuring cost-effective hiring practices while maintaining high-quality talent acquisition standards.
  • Collaborate with Learning Management System (LMS) teams to deliver comprehensive training programs, enhancing employee skills and development.
  • Work closely with Performance Management teams to develop and implement performance evaluation frameworks, driving business growth and success.
  • Provide expert advice on succession planning, talent pipelining, and career development strategies to support business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in HR systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance professional expertise and contribute to organizational learning.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in HR or related field.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and other relevant tools.
