Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer roll-out and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement effective hiring plans in collaboration with business heads and hiring managers.
  • To source candidates through various channels, including job portals, referrals, headhunting, and campus hiring.
  • To draft job descriptions, screen resumes, and conduct HR rounds.
  • To schedule interviews with business teams and drive salary negotiations.
  • To maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reporting for leadership review.
  • To support talent mapping, succession planning, and pipeline building for critical positions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • An MBA/Graduate with 5-8 years of recruitment experience.
  • Prior experience in PCG Sales, Wealth Hiring, Bank Sales Hiring, or Broking mid-level recruitment is mandatory.
  • Strong domain knowledge of equity market hiring.
  • Language proficiency: English, Kannada (Compulsory), Hindi (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven with ability to deliver under deadlines.
