Organic Customer Success Associate

We are seeking an Organic Customer Success Associate to join our team at Akshayakalpa Organic. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
- Communicate effectively with customers through regular calls, emails, and meetings to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Analyze customer feedback and use it to improve products and services
- Achieve individual targets and contribute to team goals
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the organic industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Salary:
A competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
