About the Position:

Akshayakalpa Organic seeks a highly skilled Customer Experience Advocate to deliver exceptional customer service and support. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in CRM and customer-centric roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and reactive customer support through various channels.
  • Analyze customer feedback and concerns to improve product offerings and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of customer preferences, needs, and behaviors.
  • Contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies and initiatives.

Salary Range: ₹700,000 - ₹1,100,000 per annum
