Customer Solutions Advocate

At Arva Health, we are seeking a talented Customer Solutions Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our business development pipeline, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging with new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build out Arva Health's top-of-funnel business development pipeline by identifying and qualifying new customers.
- Collaborate directly with the Operations team to develop strategies, experiment, and iterate to drive high-conversion leads.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to create and optimize clear communication of value propositions.
- Nurture and resolve outbound campaigns to cross-functional stakeholders, tracking customer journeys and providing personalized support.
- Learn, iterate, and innovate, building, testing, and measuring different outbound strategies.
- Own the entire inbound lead channel and develop an efficient qualification process.
- Be resourceful and send personalized and creative outbound campaigns to prospects, understanding qualified leads.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages.
- Strong empathy and ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for documenting customer interactions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
