Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities- Gaining in-depth knowledge of the SHC platform and its features to provide prompt and effective technical support.
- Providing top-notch support to clients, ensuring their success with our platform.
Core Functions:
- Product Expertise & Tech Support: Develop a deep understanding of the SHC platform and its features to respond to technical queries effectively.
- Customer Support and Training Excellence: Uphold high standards of customer support by resolving queries efficiently and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Client Onboarding: Independently manage and execute SHC's onboarding process, customizing it to meet client needs.
- Process Evolution: Monitor and adapt to changing customer patterns, enhancing tech support and onboarding processes.
- Customer Insights & Collaboration: Identify customer needs early and collaborate with the product team to propose enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a SaaS B2B setup, preferably working with US clients.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, ability to manage customer expectations, and deliver exceptional support.
- Proficient in creating and delivering training materials, collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams.
- Tech savvy: Familiarity with CRM, support ticketing systems, and analytics platforms.
