AI Sales and Business Growth Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team at Hyperleap AI. As an AI Sales and Business Growth Expert, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential SMB clients across key verticals
- Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage with prospects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling business cases highlighting the value of AI automation
- Present product demos and presentations to showcase our platform's capabilities
Sales Execution:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospect to close, ensuring timely and successful deal closure
- Conduct needs analysis and solution mapping sessions to understand customer pain points and requirements
- Negotiate contracts and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Account Management:
- Ensure seamless customer onboarding and initial adoption of our platform
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategic plans to capture them
- Gather and document customer success stories to enhance our sales strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, preferably in technology or SaaS
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with a strong understanding of SMB challenges and growth strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in sales tools such as CRM and sales engagement platforms
Compensation Package:
- Attractive base salary + commission structure, with clear OTE (On-Target Earnings) and bonus opportunities
