Business Development Executive Opportunity

About the Role

Kreesalis is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business acquisition and expansion through various sales activities and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and map target accounts and prospects to drive new business opportunities.
  • Sales Outreach and Engagement: Perform sales outreach methodologies to engage and schedule new meetings with decision-makers.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to drive business growth.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Well-versed in the field of sales and able to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Time Management and Negotiation Skills: Possess exceptional time management and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and close deals.
