IT Sales Performance Manager

At Zones, we're seeking a seasoned IT Sales Performance Manager to drive our Customer Acquisition and Development efforts in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales data analysis, business intelligence, and CRM systems to propel our sales performance and market share growth.
About the RoleThis key position requires active analysis of sales data to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges. You will work closely with our sales leaders to develop strategies for optimal sales performance, leveraging your technical skills in SQL queries, DAX/MDX queries, and Power BI reporting. Your ability to collect and analyze real-time data, derive actionable insights, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders will be invaluable in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret sales data to inform strategic decisions on target markets and sales strategies
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, revenue, and costs for reporting and compensation purposes
- Target calculation and maintenance to optimize sales performance reporting
- Identify historical trends to devise strategies for increasing efficiency, segment addressal, and expanding reach
- Build and manage a portfolio of customers for each Account Executive to maximize sales performance
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration or Computer Applications from a premier institute
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in highly competitive market spaces, preferably in the IT industry
- Proficiency in various tools around Analysis and Business Intelligence / reporting
- Experience with SQL queries, DAX/MDX queries, CRM (advanced queries), reporting in Power BI
- A research-oriented mindset with a zeal to collect and analyze real-time data and derive strategies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on email etiquette, special consideration to British English and UK work culture
- Organizational and follow-up skills are a must; ability to multitask as needed
