Sales Performance Specialist

A Cube Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Specialist to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, managing sales pipelines, and analyzing market trends to establish competitive advantages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to build strong client relationships
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure their needs are met
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing)
- 1+ year of experience in sales or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, including deal closing and revenue growth
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
