High-Performance Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic sales professional to spearhead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Real Estate Sales, with strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
Work Location: Sector - 90, Noida.
Salary Package:
Negotiable salary + Incentives + Reimbursement + Insurance + Provident Fund (PF) + Employee State Insurance (ESIC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve company goals.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against these targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to the sales team.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide updates on market trends, and share best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manager role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
