We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Digital Transformation Sales Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
You will work closely with our technical teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales plans and drive revenue growth through the creation of sales strategies and sales management.
- Generate new leads and maintain an active funnel.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals.
- Follow up on payments.
- Achieve company sales targets, grow profits, and expand markets.
- Responsible for revenue generation from enterprise sales vertical.
- Engage with strategic government departments, agencies, and large business aggregators.
- Apply strategic and tactical approaches to grow profitable engagements and revenue base.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of experience in IT sales roles in software, SaaS, cloud computing, or hosting services.
- IT sales experience in international and enterprise verticals.
- A passion for growing businesses.
- In-depth sales knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, data center, SI, web hosting.
- Team handling and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
