Job Summary

The IT Director will play a key role in driving digital transformation at XTENTEAM SOLUTIONS LLP, overseeing the company's technology strategy and ensuring that IT systems, infrastructure, and operations align with business goals. This leadership position requires strategic thinking, a deep understanding of evolving technologies, and the ability to translate IT capabilities into business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic IT Leadership
    • Develop and execute the company's IT strategy in alignment with overall business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with other departments.
    • Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies and trends that can drive business growth and improve efficiency, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization through technology.
    • Lead the digital transformation of the organization, collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • IT Governance and Risk Management
    • Establish and oversee IT governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, security policies, and risk management practices, maintaining a robust security posture to protect sensitive data and systems.
    • Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to safeguard against threats, overseeing regular risk assessments, security audits, and disaster recovery plans, developing and enforcing policies related to IT security, data management, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Technology Operations and Innovation
    • Oversee the efficient operation of IT infrastructure, including network management, data centers, cloud services, and enterprise applications, ensuring high uptime and performance.
    • Drive innovation by implementing state-of-the-art technologies such as cloud computing, AI/ML, IoT, and data analytics to improve business processes, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
    • Collaborate with the development team to implement enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) and ensure seamless integration with other business functions, optimizing system performance and user experience.
  • Financial Management and Budgeting
    • Develop and manage the IT budget, prioritizing spending across hardware, software, infrastructure, and staffing, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing ROI.
    • Monitor IT expenses and develop strategies to reduce costs, collaborating with finance teams to ensure alignment with business financial goals.
  • Leadership and Team Development
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation, promoting employee growth and development.
    • Build relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, ensuring IT solutions meet their needs and expectations.
  • Digital Transformation
    • Lead the organization's digital transformation journey, focusing on the adoption of cloud-based services, automation, and AI/ML-driven solutions, enhancing customer experiences and internal processes.
    • Identify opportunities for digitizing customer interactions, improving operational efficiency, and automating tasks, working closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to integrate digital technologies that drive business success.
