We are seeking an Executive Sales Growth Leader to join our team at Breezy Talent. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing effective strategies to achieve business objectives.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of sales executives. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation abilities, as well as a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.

A successful Executive Sales Growth Leader will be able to analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize strategies, while also ensuring excellent customer service and after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction.

They will collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on product promotion and customer outreach, handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to improve the shopping experience, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading and motivating a team of sales executives, driving sales through direct customer interaction and establishing relationships with potential clients, analyzing sales data and performance metrics to optimize strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets. A customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills is essential, as is proficiency in sales management software and tools.

A successful candidate will also have strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends, the ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively, and knowledge of furniture and home decor trends is a plus.
